1. After your enquiry, we’ll communicate via email to align on your hopes and dreams for the piece (and maybe the meaning of life if we have time).
2. If you’re happy to move forward I will provide a final quote and approximate timeframe and you commit to a 30% non-refundable deposit to cover materials and my time.
3. I will supply a rough drawing layout of the painting for approval. Following this, I’ll begin your life-changing piece.
4. I will keep you updated with a midway photo and a photo close to finishing for you to provide any feedback or request any changes.
5. Once completed you will get a final image or viewing before the piece is varnished/and or framed, the balance of the piece is paid and the painting is handed over to you.
6. If you do not love the final product you are welcome to leave the painting in my possession. Please note the painting may then be sold on and your deposit is non-refundable.
